Multi-unit

Willow Place on Haughton, Regina SK 2012

The planting plan creates privacy for the lower levels of the complex through vegetative screens; by accounting for window and balcony locations, clever planting schemes can be used to reduce light and sound infiltration into the lower units while maintaining the outward views for the higher units.

The Atrium on Rae, Regina SK 1996
This landscape renovation of the high-rise condominium, the Atrium on Rae, required that the existing ground floor patios be retained. The project involves stacked block planters and cedar fences that allow privacy for each patio, while creating space for permanent and seasonal planting. Additional plant beds are placed in order to limit foot traffic across site corners.
